No account required. Just walk in, pick a machine, and pay. At most locations you can pay with card, tap, Apple Pay, Google Pay, smart card, or cash — directly on the machine. No app needed, though the Super Laundry app is available for rewards tracking.

What machine sizes are available?

Super Laundry has machines from 2-load (regular household loads) up to 8-load capacity (comforters, rugs, king bedding, large family loads). With 100+ machines per location, you can find the right size for your load without waiting.

What payment methods are accepted for self-service?

Most locations accept card, tap to pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, smart card, mobile app, and cash — directly on the machine. The Allison Street location is coin-operated (quarters). No single-machine payment option is the same across all locations, so check your nearest location's details.

Do I need quarters for Super Laundry?

Only at the Allison Street location, which is coin-operated and uses quarters. All five other locations — Springdale, Avondale, Bond Hill, Westwood, and North College Hill — use card, tap, and smart card payment. No quarters needed at those locations.

How long does a self-service wash take?

Wash cycles typically run 25–35 minutes depending on load size. Drying takes 30–45 minutes. A full laundry run is usually done in about an hour. You can wait on-site or come back when your load is done.

Can I wash comforters, rugs, and large items?

Yes. Our 6-load and 8-load capacity machines handle comforters, king-size bedding, area rugs, sleeping bags, and other oversized items that don't fit in home washers. Every location has large-capacity machines available.
