Guidelines for machine use, drop-off service, conduct, and what to expect at every Super Laundry location.
We ask that you stay with your laundry or return promptly when your cycle ends. Out of respect for other customers, machines should be freed up as soon as they're done.
Drop-off service is priced by the pound. Most orders are ready for same-day or next-day pickup — turnaround is confirmed at the time of drop-off.
Pickup and delivery is currently available through our Springdale location. All drop-off wash-dry-fold terms apply to pickup and delivery orders.
If a machine fails mid-cycle, please report it right away. Refunds are issued for verified equipment failures — not for user error.
If you've left something behind, contact the specific location as soon as possible. Found items are logged and held for 30 days — after that, unclaimed belongings are donated to local charity.
Super Laundry locations are shared community spaces. We ask everyone to respect fellow customers and staff.
